Defy is skiing into Switzerland to sample what they do best: sweet treats! The chocolate capital of the world is famous for its inventive approach to chocolate, and this recipe is no exception.
Transform white chocolate into a delicious chocolate bark that can be used in desserts or as a fridge-filler to satisfy any sweet tooth.
600g good quality white chocolate chips / chopped chocolate
Pre-heat the Defy oven to 180˚C.
Place the chopped chocolate onto a tray to melt the chocolate. Gradually mix the chocolate with a spatula until it is thoroughly melted. Keep a close eye on it, as it can burn easily. The chocolate will change colour to a light/golden brown. Once the desired colour has been reached, place in the fridge and allow to set. Once set, chop into desired chunks.
Serve with fresh berries.
