  • 200 g cooked quinoa
  • 100 g mixed salad greens
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 100 g cucumber, diced
  • 50 g red onion, diced
  • 100 g African Biltong, sliced
  • 3 g salt and black pepper
  • Olive oil and balsamic vinegar for drizzling
  • 10 g chopped fresh parsley

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  • Add the sliced or shredded African Biltong to the bowl for a unique flavor and texture.
