  • 150 g all-purpose flour
  • 3 g baking powder
  • 3 g baking soda
  • 2 g salt
  • 50 g unsalted butter, melted
  • 100 g granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 100 g plain yoghurt
  • 5 g vanilla extract
  • 100 g fresh blueberries
  • 100 g fresh raspberries
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease and flour a rectangle cake pan or use parchment paper.
  • Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  • In a stand mixer, beat melted butter and sugar until combined.
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Mix in yoghurt and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until just combined.

  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until done.
